This overview introduces delegates to the basic knowledge and ideas behind Lean Six Sigma, and explains why it has become a successful approach to organisation improvement.
This programme is designed to give an understanding of what Lean Six Sigma is and the benefits that Lean Six Sigma brings to an organisation, and explains how to assess/measure the current status of the organisations operations prior to implementing Lean Sigma projects.
Delegates will learn to:

The programme is 1 day duration and covers the components of a Lean Six Sigma programme, and how to assess an organisation prior to deployment of a Lean Sigma Project.
The course includes helping the delegates to prepare a business case, and delegates are encouraged to share experiences from within their own organisation.
